Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Bare Damsel pieces however if you're not completely happy with your order please contact us and we will assist you with your return for an exchange or full refund.

See our returns & exchanges policy below and follow the simple step by step process.

 

  1.  Please get in touch with our customer support team via baredamselreturns@gmail.com to confirm your return or exchange. 
  2. Place the unworn/undamaged items into a secure & sealed shipping packing (or re-use the original). Please include your order number.
  3. Send off to us with the return shipping address displayed clearly.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email of your return within 3 working days of us receiving the parcel, along with an issued exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, the return shipping fee will need to be covered by you. We aim for a confirmation email of receiving your return to be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving back with us. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 14 days  from the date you completed the purchase.

Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging.

Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached.

Return parcels must have reference to order number to allow us to identify the order.
